Why My Order Is Taking Too Long ?

We apologize for the delay, Most of the time we ship your order between 4-7 days (USA) but keep in mind that your orders are made on your demand that means we only print the design when you place an order with us, so sometimes it might take longer then 7 days due to the busy schedule. We would request you to keep patient and wait for few days if your order still doesn't arrive you can contact us on: hello@littlepillow.net or go to Contact Us page on our website and submit your message we will make sure to solve your problem within 24 Hours!

What Is Your Fabric Quality ?

We always use premium quality fabric and high quality inks to make our products. Our pillow fabric is made of 100% polyester and it has Anti-pill fleece with a silky surface and brushed inside. You can find details for every product along with the size details on the product page.

I wasn't at my home and no one claimed my order what should I do??

If the delivery boy arrived at your home and no one received your order for any reason, In this case, your order will be returned to us and we will get in touch with you to reschedule the shipment, "Keep in mind that you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment". Sometimes the delivery person drop your order at your door or give it to your neighbor, So do check everywhere before contacting us.

how much is return period?

We do have return policy of 14 days only for misprinted/damaged/defective cases. other than these cases we cannot offer refund or exchange, Please refer to the returns page to know more about return and refund.

Where are Bean bags cases ?

We are working on adding Bean Bags and Flip Flop to our store and it's gonna be available very soon. Subscribe to the newsletter given below to be notified when it released.

Do You Offer Returns or Refund ?

We do offer refund or exchange only if you received misprinted/damaged/defective items, Keep in mind that all of our products are made on demand so it is not possible to return the product in most of the case. For more details on returns please visit "Returns" page on the bottom of the website.

I put a wrong address, what should I do?

If you entered a wrong address or your address was insufficient for the courier to reach your order will be returned to us and we will get in touch with you for the correct and accurate address and then we will reship your order, "But keep in mind that you have to pay again for the shipping". Why the shipping is soo high?

We know our shipping or product price might be little bit high but we promise the best quality and customer satisfaction apart from this if you feel the price is high you can always ask for a discount on this email: gifts@littlepillow.net or ask in the live chat for an active discount code. You can also ask for free shipping if you are ordering multiple products (Only for US, UK and CA)

Do You Offer International Shipping ?

Yes we offer international shipping (Except these countries: Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine and North Korea) but keep in mind that we don't offer free shipping internationally. Although we have our fulfillment centers in multiple countries your order may take little bit longer to arrive if you are ordering from the outside USA.
