Return & Refund Policy OF Little Pillow
Short Summary
- You must contact us within 14 days after receiving the product if you wish to make a return.
- All return/refund/exchange related issues should be sent on this email only: return@littlepillow.net
- Any damage/error made by us will be covered at our cost (read in details below)
- Your products are printed on your demand, So the return and exchange options are very limited.
- Take clear picture from multiple angles of your damaged/defective product in case you received one.
- IF you provided wrong address while ordering and the shipping carrier couldn't find your location the order will be returned to us and you might have to pay for shipping again. So always double check your address and make sure it is 100% correct.
At Little Pillow, we do offer returns and refunds of our products that are misprinted/damaged/defective at our cost
and any other reason for return or refund is subjected to a manual review by our team and you have to pay for reshipping the product.
Please do not return any item without asking us, Contact us at: return@littlepillow.net before making any returns.
We have our return address printed on the invoice attached with your order, That address can be used only for the return
purposes only and any other shipment to our return address will not be excepted.
At this moment we do not offer an exchange for any of our products however If you receive misprinted/damaged/defective product from us you must contact us within 14 days after receiving the product with multiple and clear images of the misprinted/damaged/defective product from different angles if there was
an error from our side we will reship your order without you paying an extra cost.
If you found an issue with the product such as misprinted/damaged/defective you should contact us within 14 days after receiving
the package/ within 14 days after the estimated delivery date in case of lost orders on this email: return@littlepillow.net
Wrong/insufficient address
If you entered a wrong address or your address was insufficient for the courier to reach your order will be returned to us and we will get in touch with you for the correct and accurate address and then we will reship your order, But keep in mind that you have to pay again for the shipping.
What should I do if my order status shows received in the tracking and I didn’t received my order physically?
First, this situation is unlikely to happen because we have partnered with some of the most reliable shipping partners that
deliver your product safely with full transparency, But for any reason, if it happens that your order status shows received and
you didn’t receive anything we suggest you to contact the delivery partner first and ask him/her about your order, for some reason he/she
might have dropped it in some hidden location or somewhere else if you didn’t get anything you might need to ask your neighbors if they know anything about it.
Maybe no one was at your home to receive it so the delivery boy decided to drop it at your neighbor’s home.
If you still didn’t find your order then you need to contact us immediately, keep in mind that you should contact us within 14 days after the estimated delivery date (in case of lost orders or items showing received status in tracking but you didn’t receive it). Please note that we don’t cover refunds due to carrier errors.
I wasn’t at my home when my order came and no one received my order, What should I do?
If the delivery boy arrived at your home and no one received your order for any reason, In this case, your order will be returned to us and we will get in touch with you to reschedule the shipment, Keep in mind that you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
